What is better than Fridays? 5k Fridays! Start your weekend off by running, walking, and socializing your way through 3 miles at Unity Park.
We mean it when we say “nobody gets left behind.” Groups are broken down by pace, and lead by a coach. Find your pace!
Group1: 8-9 min pace
Group2 10-11 min. pace
Group3: 13-14 min pace
